Maintaining its reputation as the largest Catholic university in the United States, and its No. 1 ranking in the Princeton Review's ''Diverse Student Population'' category, Depaul University expands over five campuses within the Chicagoland area. Its largest campus, being Lincoln Park is situated on 36 acres of the historic neighborhood. Respectively following, is the Loop campus, located in the heart of downtown. The remaining locations make up the suburban campus sector, which includes O’ Hare, Naperville and Oak Forest. With a student population of 25,398 - including 16,384 undergraduates; 7,983 graduate students and 1,031 law students, Depaul prides itself as the only university, whose faculty priority is teaching. Depaul’s academic curriculum consists of more that 275 undergraduate and graduate programs, distributed among ten specialty colleges and schools.

In addition to an extensive academic program, Depaul offers its students more than 200 on- campus clubs and organizations, which include Radio Depaul, the student radio station, intramural sports and Panhellenic Council. Depaul’s Athletic department remains a member of the Big East Conference, nicknamed the Blue Demons, students can choose from seven men and women’s sports teams.
Depaul aims to make the on- campus student life as engaging as possible. Students have a variety of campus community options which include, drive-in movies, safety fairs, community fests, and for students looking to expand his/her academic experience- there is a study abroad program.
